FOR ACCOUNTANTS, BOOKKEEPERS AND ADVISORY FIRMS
The document sends itself.
Add one line to your document and print to Fabreasy PDF. SendReady prepares the e-mail with the intended recipient, matching letterhead, message, signature, attachment and password. You review everything and click Send.
The document gives the instruction. SendReady carries it out.
Recipients, CC, BCC, the salutation and fixed tags are read directly from the document. SendReady then selects the predefined letterhead set, e-mail text, signature and security. No AI. No interpretation. The same predictable result every time.

E-MAIL IS NOT GOING AWAY
E-mail remains the fastest route. SendReady controls what can go wrong.
SendReady does not replace your accounting software or client portal. It prepares documents sent by e-mail with the intended recipient, consistent branding, accompanying message and security.
WHY SENDREADY
The document is under control.
The final send can still go wrong.
Reports are often created, reviewed and approved according to fixed procedures. When they are sent, four important choices are still regularly made by hand.
Enter or copy the address
The e-mail address is entered at the last moment. One incorrect address can send a confidential document to the wrong recipient.
Check the presentation
Output from different applications does not automatically leave the office with consistent branding.
Write the e-mail
The subject, salutation and accompanying message depend on the person sending the document at that moment.
Choose the security
Applying a password still depends on attention and the right decision at the moment of sending.
But while the final step remains manual, control still depends on attention. SendReady turns those recurring choices into reusable settings.
HOW IT WORKS
Configure it once.
Then the document does the work.
The recipient instruction in Word
STEP 1
Put the recipient instruction in the document
Add TO:address:letterheadset to a letter, report or template. In Word, you can insert it from the Fabreasy ribbon. In another application, the instruction can be part of the document template.
STEP 2
Configure each set once
A set combines the letterhead and e-mail template. A unique password can be linked to the recipient. SendReady reuses these settings whenever it recognises the instruction.
Recipient and sending settings in one screen
The prepared e-mail in Outlook
STEP 3
Print and review the prepared e-mail
Outlook opens with the recipient, subject, message and secured PDF attached. Nothing is sent automatically. You remain in control and click Send.
THE POWER OF SENDREADY
Fixed choices. Executed the same way every time.
Consistent branding from every source
Invoices, quotations and reports leave the office with the right letterhead, continuation pages, front covers, back covers and margins.
Signatures in the intended position
Create a transparent signature from a photo or directly with a webcam. Then place it manually, in a fixed position or automatically using text recognition and tags.
Recipient details from the document
SendReady reads TO, CC and BCC. TO and BCC disappear from the final PDF, while CC can remain visible.
One e-mail template per set
The subject, salutation and accompanying message are prepared consistently, regardless of who sends the document.
DIGITAL SIGNING
One setting. Every PDF digitally signed.
Link a suitable Certum certificate to a letterhead set. Every PDF created with that set is digitally signed automatically. If the certificate service provides a time stamp, SendReady embeds it in the PDF.
- Select the certificate and an optional signing reason per set
- The PIN is requested once per session
- Every document created with that set is then signed
Use both when needed: a visible signature on the page and a digital signature protecting the complete PDF.
TWO DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS
Visible to the recipient. Verifiable by the PDF reader.
A visual and digital signature can be used together, but they do not have the same purpose.
An image on the page, created from a photo or webcam image. Useful when the recipient expects to see a signature, initial, tick, name or date.
Cryptographically signs the complete PDF. The PDF reader verifies the certificate and shows whether the document has changed since it was signed.
Together they provide visibility and technical verification.
PDFIXER IS INCLUDED
Visibly signed. Ready to send.
A digital signature with a certificate is not always what the recipient wants to see. PDFixer adds exactly what needs to be visible in the document.
- Create a transparent signature from a photo or webcam image
- Add signatures, initials, ticks, crosses, names and dates
- Combine a visible signature with a digital signature
- Apply your existing Fabreasy letterhead afterwards
- Use OCR and save as PDF 2.0 with Brotli compression
Processed entirely on the PC, without a cloud upload.
PDFixer is included with SendReady

FOR ACCOUNTING AND ADVISORY FIRMS
A repeatable control for the final sending step.
SendReady turns recipient selection, presentation and PDF security into reusable settings instead of separate manual choices. This makes the final sending step more consistent and easier to document. Each firm remains responsible for choosing controls that fit its own quality management system.
BEFORE INSTALLING
What you get. What you need.
SendReady is the complete Fabreasy PDF Creator suite, extended with recipient controlled e-mail preparation and PDFixer.
BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD
Clear answers to practical questions.
Do we need to change our software or working method?
No. SendReady works alongside your existing software. Documents from accounting applications, online report generators, Word and Excel are printed or converted as usual. SendReady standardises the final step.
Does my client need an account or portal?
No. Your client receives a normal e-mail with a secured PDF attached. There is no account to create and no portal to learn.
Where are our documents and client data processed?
On your Windows computer. PDF creation, editing, OCR and security are performed locally. Documents are not uploaded to a cloud service for conversion.
How much work is the initial setup?
The included introduction lets you test the complete chain in about one minute. Microsoft Word or Excel and Outlook must be installed locally for this test. You then configure your own letterhead sets, templates and recipient passwords once and reuse them.
What is PDF 2.0 with Brotli compression?
PDF 2.0 is the current version of the PDF specification. Brotli is a published extension that compresses data streams inside a PDF without loss. SendReady and PDFixer can read and write PDF 2.0 and use Brotli compression. This can reduce file size without changing the visible content or image quality.
Can every PDF reader open a PDF with Brotli compression?
Not yet. Brotli support in PDF is new and is not available in every PDF reader. Check the PDF reader being used before enabling Brotli compression. Fabreasy can also continue to create regular PDF files when broad compatibility is more important.
How does SendReady digitally sign PDF files with a Certum certificate?
Link a suitable, locally installed Certum certificate to a letterhead set. Every PDF created with that set is digitally signed automatically. If the certificate service provides a time stamp, SendReady embeds it in the PDF. The PIN is requested once per session. A suitable PDF reader can then verify the certificate and show whether the document has changed since signing.
What is the difference between a visual and a digital signature?
A visual signature is an image displayed on the page. A digital signature cryptographically signs the complete PDF with a certificate. This lets a PDF reader verify the certificate and document integrity. SendReady can combine both forms in the same document.
Am I committed to anything after the trial?
No. The full trial ends automatically after 14 days. Nothing is renewed or charged automatically. To keep using every feature, you can buy a one year licence for €159 per user, excluding VAT.
